A leaked whistleblower report says the Pentagon is operating a secret UFO retrieval program called Immaculate Constellation, according to independent journalist Michael Shellenberger.  Documents released in late 2024 discuss Immaculate Constellation as an alleged unacknowledged special access program . Shellenberger told NewsNation’s Ross Coulthart he has been in touch with the whistle blower, who was eventually discovered to be journalist Matthew Brown. He is a former U.S. national security official. Brown had withheld his identity because they fear what could happen if they were publicly known. “I don’t think that they’re faking it or that they’re lying about their fear,” Shellenberger said. “This person discovered this material accidentally. This was not something they had expected to encounter.”

That fear is why Shellenberger said the whistle blower did not share intelligence imagery showing UAPs. “This new whistle blower is not part of that circular reporting,” Shellenberger said. “I am confident of that. This person did not know the other individuals who verified the name of this program. It does not fit the theory of social contagion.”

The whistle blower Immaculation Constellation report cites evidence, including allegations about UAP sightings collected by the Pentagon and intelligence documenting firsthand encounters with UAPs or UFOs that are kept in a database used by the intelligence community. The DoD and Pentagon have continuously denied establishing or having any knowledge of programs involving extraterrestrial crafts or non-human entities. Earlier this year the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) said reports of unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) are the result of mistaken identification of drones, top-secret projects or other known aerial objects. 

Details of the leaked Immaculate Constellation report has been entered into the Congressional record. The public version of the report also discusses how infrared satellites captured footage of a massive 400-foot-wide saucer-shaped UFO soaring out of a dense cloud. ‘This behavior was evasive in nature and implied that the saucer-shaped UAP had become aware that it was under observation by a space-based collection platform,’ reads the report. The document is a report following a four-year investigation in dealing with the Pentagon’s secretive UFO program, that collects and quarantines information, often stifling serious inquiry from within. Brown mentioned the existence of RVs (reproduction vehicles) and ARVs (alien reproduction vehicles), possibly meaning that governments on Earth have allegedly built craft which mimic or replicate the capabilities of UFOs.

He alleges the Pentagon has maintained surveillance programs on UAPs while withholding information from Congress for decades – an accusation that cuts to the heart of ongoing calls for greater transparency.

Whatever is travelling through our skies, the American people have the right to know for what the billions of dollars being illegally funneled to these black ops programs are being used. Are these phenomena technology from foreign countries, our own secret programs or aerial devices from places unknown? Is there a cover up taking place to “protect” people from extreme realities? Is there deception to hide programs to ensure power and wealth to a secret elite?

It is time for universal government transparency of all things being held from the American people and maybe even from the federally elected officials. I call on “Disclosure” of all programs being funded by our tax dollars.
